From 2011-2014, the MSCS Directors Council, comprised of the directors of the partner libraries and the executive director of Maine InfoNet, provided leadership with respect to governance, strategic direction and the resolution of issues that were referred to it by the MSCS Project Team.
The following were members of the Executive Council when it disbanded in 2014, with the newly formed MSCC Executive Council taking over much of its governance responsibilities:
